Privacy promise
Your information works for you.
Leasepond uses the details you choose to provide to rank lease offers, identify incentive eligibility, and remember your preferences. We do not sell or rent personal information.
You initiate contact
Manufacturer offers name their source directly; for brokers and dealers, you unlock the provider's name and contact details for free. Calling, emailing, or visiting a provider is always your choice, and you deal with them directly — Leasepond is not a broker, dealer, or lender, and never arranges or negotiates a lease for you.
Personalization—not resale
We use your profile to rank relevant deals and explain incentives. We do not sell it or use it to create a dealer lead without your explicit direction.
Minimal financial data
Leasepond asks only for an approximate credit band. We do not request an SSN or run a credit check during matching.
What providers can see
Providers can manage their own public deals and business contact information. They cannot read customer profiles, private preferences, or saved activity through their Leasepond account.
Referral disclosure
Some manufacturer links may be referral links. We disclose this next to the link. Using one may provide Leasepond with referral benefits, but it does not give the manufacturer access to your Leasepond profile.
Your control
You can edit your matching answers at any time. Account-level deletion and data-export controls will be added before the public launch.
